As every garment is printed on a one by one basis, please allow from 3 to 5 business days for your order to ship. Please be aware that as we get closer to the holiday season, our processing time may vary due to the high volume of orders.
All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Prices listed on the page and in the shopping cart include shipping and taxes.
No sales tax will be added to American and International Orders. However, American and International customers are responsible for any customs / duties / taxes at delivery of the package. Customs policies vary from country to country. Please consult your country’s customs office for an accurate estimate.
We ship from USA and Europe via UPS. You will always get a tracking number which you will be able to use on our supplier’s portal, which link will provided to you in your purchase confirmation email. Note that in all cases, we do not offer refunds for delayed shipments as we have no control over delays caused by postal services and customs. That being said, we will attempt to accommodate you in case of any problems.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard and American Express) as well as Paypal. All transactions made on myfaceonyou.com are secure and encrypted, and we never store your credit card information. In addition, for international buyers, we accept Giropay, Bancontact, iDEAL, Sofort, SEPA Direct Debit and Przelewy24.
Should you want to make any changes or cancel your order, please contact us within the next 24 hours. If your order has shipped already, you might have to pay additional shipping charges
Be aware that there might be a slight color variation compared to what is seen on your screen and what is in front of your eyes. Due to monitor differences in color spaces and variations this is inevitable. We highly doubt this will be a problem but as always, you can always contact us if you feel we are in the wrong.
We created a beautiful chart size which is found on every single product page. Please refer to those in order to make sure you order the right size. Refund or exchanges won’t be accepted in light of this.
We hate spam as much as you do, and will never share your information. Subscription to our newsletter is not automatic. To receive news from MFOY (once a month or less), you must sign up. Our newsletter only contains relevant information such as important news, new releases and sales. Only good stuff, we promise!
